Items that are UNABLE to be recycled:

• Large plastics and any plastics that do not contain the recycling symbol

• Zip-top bags, food storage bags, cling wrap, food wrappers.

• Salt bags, mulch bags or animal feed bags that do not contain recycling symbol

• Styrofoam of any kind

• Medical waste/needles

• Shredded Paper

• Scrap metal

• Tools, screws, hardware

• Propane or helium tanks

• Paint cans

• Dishes, paper plates, napkins, tissues

• Windows, doors & mirrors

• Ceramics

• Photographs

• Plastic coated or waxy paper

• Spiral notebooks or books

• Wrapping paper, tissue paper, glitter, ribbons or embellishments, gift bags

• Anything with food waste, salad dressing jars, mayo jars, peanut butter jars with remaining food

• Anything with hazardous chemicals, oil, antifreeze, etc.
