The roofing used on this home is CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black.

It’s always so fun to see homes get a facelift, and this one is no exception!
The homeowner chose everything they wanted, and an American Classic siding crew tore off the existing siding, and replaced it with new, fresh siding!
The homeowner chose CertainTeed D4 Siding, and CertainTeed shake.
The color of both is Midnight Blue.
White outside corners, white soffit and white fascia.
This is a BEAUTIFUL deck we installed in Fremont!
The decking itself is TimberTech Composite Decking, in Sea Salt Gray.
The Railings are TimberTech Impressions Rail Express, in White.
There was an existing deck on the house that the crews tore off before getting started on the new one.
They did such a good job, that it looks like this deck was always a part of the house!

Here is one of our American Classic Roofing Crews at work! In this picture, they are laying underlayment, which goes between the wood on the roof, and the shingles! The purpose of laying underlayment is to create a waterproof barrier between the home and rain, snow, etc!
They are harnessed for safety and getting the job done!

Talk about a transformation! This home is tucked away by a lake in Newaygo, MI. It was in a need of a new shingled roof, which American Classic gladly supplied and installed! Our crews also installed a new metal roof ledge.
